Ancy and Joel find meaning in simple togetherness
Some meetings are meant to be. They are not dramatic or flamboyant but quiet and significant. For Ancy and Joel, finding each other through m4marry was one such beginning that simply felt right.

Ancy was working as an English teacher in a Kendriya Vidyalaya in Bangalore, while Joel was an architect based in Dubai. They found each other when their families shortlisted each other’s profiles for them. When they started talking to each other, they felt something just clicked from the first conversation; something felt just right. They continued to have regular conversations through the three months before they finally met each other.
When they finally met each other in January 2025, it was simply awesome, according to Ancy. For Joel as well, it felt familiar; they already felt they knew each other well. When Ancy noticed that Joel had set her photo as his chat wallpaper, she felt warm and sure of his feelings for her. He remembered everything she had told him, even the tiniest, silliest details.

Ancy and Joel’s wedding reflected the warmth of family connections. They planned every detail together, with their families. Their madhuramveppu ceremony was fun packed and filled with laughter. They picked a harmonious soft pink colour scheme for the wedding. The teary moment of the wedding was when Ancy’s friends unexpectedly turned up to celebrate her big day with her.

They made a promise to each other, ‘To be supportive of each other, even when the whole world stands against us.’ They believe ‘m4marry helped us meet in a very nice way,’ and are grateful for the platform that brought two families and two people together.
